FAQs

What is the difference between the 1/2 and Full Day Workshops?

Time and depth.  The 1/2 day workshop allows up to 4 hours.  The Full Day allows up to 8 hours.  I recommend a minimum of 3 hours for an initial workshop.  

The Full day can be split across several workshops. This is recommended in a remote delivery model.

Strengths knowledge is like a giant onion where you can continue to peel layers of additional insights. The Full Day time allows for going deeper where the knowledge can be applied to specific scenarios, outcomes and goals.

How can I use the additional Workshop?

You can use the time any way you want. 1/2 Day workshop is up to 4 hours and Full Day is up to 8.  
You can use the time for a workshop with the same team as a deeper dive, a different team as a separate session or as hours to repurpose as 1:1 deep dives for individuals or smaller groups.

When do I need to use the additional time by?

The additional workshop time can be used anytime in 2023.  

Are workshops remote or face to face?

Either are possible.  Most workshops are delivered remotely as I find teams tend to be distributed geographically.  Remote delivery has been very effective.

In person delivery would incur travel and expenses.

What if some of the team have done strengths before?

No problem! Team excellence workshops look at how the strength profiles of individuals in the team interact, both positively and where there can be challenges.  Prior strengths knowleddge will be useful.  There will be minimal duplication from prior workshops.  All participants will develop new insights into themselves, their team members, and people in general.

What if some of the team already have their strengths report?

No problem! There is no need to redo the Strengths assessment.  And no need to purchase assessment licenses for participants who already have thier report.

I will request all participants share thier reports with me to develop the team insights content for the workshop.

Which report is used in the workshop?

We will use the Full 34 report.  Additional personalised reports will be generated for all participants as part of the workshop.

What is the time commitment for participants beyond the workshop?

Completing the assessment takes ~40mins.

Reviewing personalised reports as prework for workshops takes ~30mins.

Post work can optionally be assigned depending on outcomes defined ahead of the workshop.

Are assessment licenses included in the workshop investment fee?

Assessment licenses are a separate and additional investment.  Workshop numbers vary and it is easier for me to keep my time and the license fees separate.  Also it is not unusual for some participants to have completed their assessment previously in which case they will nto need to redo or buy a new license.
